Pick the 23L Laptop Backpack when the recipient carries a laptop daily and when the group is small: its decorated minimum is 8 pieces, the lowest in the line, which makes it one of the few pieces here that works for an executive gift or a five-person new hire intake. The 24L Classic Backpack is the default for larger employee kits, and it is also the cheapest per piece at volume. Step up to the 30L Transit Backpack when the bag has to hold a change of clothes as well as a laptop, which is what field crews and anyone travelling two or three days actually need. What your logo will look like on canvas
Both decoration methods are available on every bag. Embroidery is the better match for the material: high-density canvas has visible texture, and a stitched mark sits on top of it instead of fighting it. It handles text and simple marks well and is what makes the bag look bought rather than branded. Digital transfer is the one to use when the artwork has gradients, photographic elements or more colors than embroidery can justify. Color matters more than people expect: black canvas needs a light thread or a light transfer to read at arm's length, while chestnut takes both dark and light artwork, so if your logo is navy or black, order chestnut. Setup is $55 per decoration, charged once per order, and nothing is produced until you approve a free digital proof.
